Samples & Catalogues

Depending on your time availability and preference, we can:

  1. Do all the shopping for you and just bring you samples of the item you are interested in, within your price range, e.g. stainless steel bottles!
  2. Do the shopping with you by bringing you a catalogue binder and go over it until you find what you are looking for, e.g. eco fleece jackets! Then, return with samples of several models.

Product Variety

We represent many top quality brands from reliable, Canadian suppliers. Our website offers you an overview of what is available. Due to volume restrictions it is not practical to display all our available items on line.

If you do not see a category for what you need on our website, we can find it for you. We have been successful in providing some unusual promo items for our clients, among them leather chaps, bulletproof vests and some interesting toys. Please call us at 604 983-9882 so we can discuss your needs.

We never learned to print or embroider, so we leave that to the experts. Westcoast contracts only the most experienced local printers and embroiderers and undertakes several stages of approval (sew outs / print proofs) prior to imprinting. This ensures your order is processed according to your specification, and virtually eliminates errors.

Turn-Around Time

Your needs are always urgent to us and we respect that you are under very tight deadlines, so we have perfected our turn-around time. As soon as we receive your approval for your art file, most orders take less than 14 business days for completion.

Minimum Order

No order is too small. By keeping our minimum-unit order low and our quality always high you can try our products, a little at the time, until you have found the items that work best for your company. Regardless of order size, our customer service is always VIP; we keep your budget and timelines in mind and deliver your order on time.

Once you have placed your order we require a deposit. Final Payment is due upon delivery of the order. We accept both cheques and Visa.

It generally takes 10 business days to get your items imprinted, but if you need them in a rush let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. If the order is small and in Vancouver, delivery is free!

We pack your items carefully for transport and then choose the most efficient and affordable transport possible - UPS or FedEx Freight, Greyhound or International Parcel Service.

Refunds / Exchanges / Replacements

Nobody wants to see mistakes. At Westcoast Outfitters we pride ourselves of having an excellent track record with our customers by providing only the best products and services and avoiding embroidery and printing errors.

  • We represent only top quality product brands from reliable, Canadian suppliers.
  • We deal only with professional, experienced printers and embroiderers.
  • We have several stages of approval (artwork, sew outs and print proofs) prior imprinting to ensure your order is processed according to your specification.

Only 'blanks' (items without imprinting) can be refunded or exchanged no latter than 7 days after purchase. A 15% admin and restocking fee will be added to all exchanges and refunds. All shipping costs incurred on the customer's behalf, from the time of original purchase, will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Once items are imprinted (printed, engraved or embroidered) with your logo, they are yours! There are only two very unlikely exceptions to this rule:

  1. The actual promotional product is defective - We will work diligently with the supplier in order to get your product promptly replaced
  2. The imprinting does not match your 'signed-off' authorization - We will take action in an apologetic, friendly manner; will work diligently to replace the product immediately and deal with the imprinting company
